I shot this Pope & Young buck with the help of the Scrapemaker. I had a buck decoy set up under a licking branch that I made using the Scrapemaker. First a 7 point came in (no right brow point) and hung around for about 1/2 hr. going back and forth. He was flicking his tail like mad. About an hour later two small six pointers came out and started sparing. They came over to my setup and were walking around. I was filming them as they hung around. I shut off my camera as one of them I was following went out of view under the overhanging branch. When I looked up there was this 10 pointer right in front of me. I had to carefully put my camera away and picked up my bow. When he turned around to head back to my licking branch I was able to take my shot.

Thanks, Lonnie Buck... webmaster Buckfax.com
